Question: How much is shipping?

Answer: Ground shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) is FREE. You can upgrade for an additional cost.

Question: How long does delivery take?

Answer: 3 to 5 business days. We ship ground service via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Question: What countries do you ship to?

Answer: We will ship to any country.  However our FREE ground shipping is for deliveries within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Delivery outside of the US is an additional cost. 

Question: How will my delivery be shipped?

Answer:  Ground Service via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Unless other shipping is requested.

Question: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

Answer: We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification and tracking number via email.

Question: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Question: What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered or a defective product?
