Question: How much is shipping?

Answer: Most orders, $5.00 shipping and handling Ground Service via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Our Bundled charging products are an additional cost.  You can upgrade your shipping for an additional cost.


Question: How long does delivery take?

Answer: 3 to 5 business days. We ship ground service via the United States Postal Service (USPS).


Question: What countries do you ship to?

Answer: We will ship to any country.  Delivery outside of the US is an additional cost.  However our standard shipping is $5.00 shipping and handling for deliveries within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS).  


Question: How will my delivery be shipped?

Answer:  Ground Service via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Unless other shipping is requested.


Question: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

Answer: If you ordered one of our bundled offerings the whole bundle will be shipped at the same time.  We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification and tracking number via email.


Question: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in route.


Question: What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered or a defective product?

Answer: Just contact us at and we will take of you.
