    Unfortunately, REF Market Place is unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges
    will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by REF Market Place. For
    more in depth information, we would suggest contacting your local customs
    office.

    If an item from your order is yet to arrive, please be patient as it is more than likely being shipped from one of our global warehouses in.

    Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not
    possible to amend any details, our warehouse team receive orders directly and will have already started processing your order.

    We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message at help@refmarketplace.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will be in touch within 3 business days to resolve
    your issue.

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.
    You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please see our returns policy and follow this process.

    Most orders, $5.00 shipping and handling Ground Service via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Our Bundled charging products are an additional cost.  You can upgrade your shipping for an additional cost.

    We will ship to any country.  Delivery outside of the US is an additional cost.  However our standard shipping is $5.00 shipping and handling for deliveries within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS).

    5-day returns after approved by customer service through a phone call at 310-597-8040  or Skype call to REF910.  A restocking fee may apply.unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Additional non-returnable items:
    - Gift cards
    - Downloadable software products
    - Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    - Book with obvious signs of use
    - CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
    - Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    - Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

    We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product.

    No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 30 days of purchase at help@refmarketplace.com, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.

    We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on
    occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at help@refmarketplace.com with the proof of postage information from your return
    carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.

    If you ordered one of our bundled offerings the whole bundle will be shipped at the same time.  We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification and tracking number via email.
